You’ll already have carved your path as an awesome designer and have the personality and magnetism to foster and maintain incredible client relationships. Whilst understanding your clients’ needs and brands on a cellular level, you’ll be able to confidently develop and grow with them, identifying untapped opportunities!
You’ll be a confident strategist with next level pitching and presenting skills both internally and externally to senior clients. Not forgetting, a keen eye for design, opportunity and talent alike.
What You Will Need
Solid agency experience in a senior position
Impeccable brand and design skills including packaging (essential)
Experience mentoring and managing a design team with a positive attitude
A genuine desire to champion those around you and lead by example
A proven track record of pitch winning and ground-breaking design
