Due to their amplifying growth, they are looking for a Head of Social Media / Social Media Director, with electric ambition and drive to match their own!

As Head of Social Media / Social Media Director, you will be responsible for leading social media strategies and campaigns for clients, ensuring exceptional results and subsequent client satisfaction.
YOUR TASKS:
- Expert professional knowledge across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, TikTok, etc
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client's objectives and target audience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met
- Oversee the implementation of social media campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
- Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
- Analyse cultural, community, media, and market trends to inform strategic and creative development for content
- Create reporting and insights on performance, successes, key learnings to stakeholders and executive level leadership
YOU:
- Proven track record of successfully leading social media campaigns for clients across various industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best results.
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and industry trends.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
