Comfortable working under pressure, you'll thrive on delivering outstanding results and demonstrating your skills across a diverse range of projects. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards!
A natural ability to direct and lead others to ensure end-to-end project delivery, while managing all aspects of the process, is crucial to the role.
YOUR TASKS:
• Skilfully planning, management, and oversight of multiple projects concurrently, allocating resources effectively and identifying potential risks early to ensure timely milestones
• Cultivating strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, collaborating closely with teams to maintain proactive and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting of proposals by providing fieldwork costings and consulting on solutions
• Ensuring robust quality management practices are followed across all projects, peer reviewing and approving project work from other team members/direct reports due for delivery
• Delivering solution-oriented management, providing regular progress and risk updates along with actionable solutions
• Managing project finances, including monthly reconciliations, monitoring project costs, tracking time, and ensuring timely invoicing

• Proven project management expertise, with a track record of successfully managing multiple quant projects and stakeholders within an agency setting
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
• Keen attention to detail while maintaining a commitment to high-quality work at pace
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
