We are excited to be partnering with an award-winning agency that is looking for an experienced Biddable Manager to join its specialist team.
The Biddable Manager role works within a scaled biddable and performance community that supports a wide range of brands and sectors, and alongside a dedicated global B2B marketing team. This role offers far more than day-to-day campaign management. You will have real ownership over your accounts, the freedom to test new ideas and the support of experienced leaders around you. If you enjoy shaping strategy, staying close to platform developments and seeing your ideas turned into live campaigns, this role gives you that space.
You will work on interesting, complex B2B briefs, manage paid social and programmatic activity end to end and play a visible role in how biddable performance evolves across your client set. There is also clear scope to manage and mentor junior team members and grow into a more senior role over time.
What You Will Be Doing:
Owning paid social and programmatic campaigns from planning through to activation, optimisation and reporting
Working on multi-market B2B accounts with meaningful budgets and room to test and learn
Collaborating closely with strategy, planning and account teams to shape wider performance thinking
Driving innovation through smart use of data, automation and platforms
Building trusted relationships with clients and confidently leading performance conversations
Managing budgets, pacing and financial processes with accuracy and confidence
Creating clear, engaging reporting that goes beyond numbers and tells a story
Supporting and developing junior team members, helping them grow both technically and professionally
Staying close to platform partners and emerging opportunities across social and programmatic
Getting involved in wider team initiatives such as training, innovation projects and industry events
What We Are Looking For:
Agency experience in a paid social, biddable or programmatic role ideally or within a fast paced in-house team
A strong understanding of how paid social channels drive performance and business outcomes
Confidence working directly with clients and presenting ideas and results clearly
Someone curious, proactive and excited by testing new approaches
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
