This role focuses primarily on CRM and email marketing copy, with additional website and campaign content for activations such as product launches and competitions. You’ll be working with one of the world’s most recognisable companies across three D2C brands, with a particular focus on the UK market.
The Role:
- Writing engaging, on-brand copy for CRM, web, and digital campaigns
- Collaborating with the internal studio team to brief, proof and review creative assets
- Attending client calls to take briefs, discuss feedback and manage amends
- Working closely with a wider account team of around twelve, all focused on delivering high-quality digital work
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in CRM and email copywriting
- Experience writing for websites and activation campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in tone of voice
- Confident communicator, comfortable in client-facing discussions and presentations
