We’re looking for a data-driven and customer-focused CRM Manager to take ownership of customer communications, retention strategies and lifecycle marketing activity across multiple brands.
A snapshot of the role:
• Lead the CRM strategy across email, SMS and customer lifecycle campaigns
• Build automated customer journeys and retention activity
• Manage campaign planning, segmentation, testing and performance analysis
• Develop personalised communications to improve customer engagement and loyalty
• Monitor CRM performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth
• Support promotional campaigns, launches and seasonal marketing activity
• Collaborate with external agencies and platform providers where required
What you’ll bring to the table:
• Previous experience within a CRM Manager or Email Marketing role
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
• Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms
• Confident analysing campaign data and performance metrics
• A good understanding of segmentation, automation and customer journeys
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Creative thinking combined with a commercial mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
