You’ll be joining a busy, supportive environment where paid media is front and centre.Expect variety, from setting up campaigns and keeping budgets on track, to spotting trends in the numbers and chatting through results with clients. It’s hands-on, and you’ll see the difference your work makes.
What you’ll be involved in:
· Running paid campaigns across platforms likeGoogle, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads and more.
· Keeping an eye on budgets, bids and performance, making sure spend is working hard.
· Turning campaign data into clear insights and reporting that clients actually understand.
· Helping out with audits and new business pitches.
· Building good working relationships with both clients and colleagues.
· Working alongside other digital specialists to deliver joined-up campaigns.
· Staying on top of the latest changes in paid media so you’re always one step ahead.
What we’d love to see from you:
· Around a year’s experience managing paid campaigns (paid social experience is a bonus).
· A working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
· Someone comfortable with budgets and confident reporting against KPIs.
· Ananalytical eye and attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
· Curious, proactive, and ready to keep developing your skills.
