This is a hands-on role combining:
Leading client relationships and internal teams from brief to delivery
Manage multiple projects, deadlines, budgets and priorities with confidence
Keep workflows, resource and delivery running smoothly across the agency
Own the commercial side of accounts, including budgets, margins and scope.
Build strong client partnerships and identify opportunities for growth.
Create clear, effective briefs and ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Oversee integrated projects across brand, creative, content, social, paid and commerce.
What you will bring to the table:
At least 3 years of experience in an agency environment - essential!
Experience of confidently managing multiple projects and clients
You have worked on a range of campaigns including social media / paid social / organic social.
You are commercially aware and would describe yourself as a planning pro!
You are able to turn ideas into briefs and work with the wider team to get them delivered to a high standard.
