You’ll be the person the clients trust. The one who keeps everything moving, spots opportunities, and makes sure performance isheading in the right direction across Paid, SEO, Social and CRM.
The Role:
You’ll take the lead on a group of key accounts, acting as the main point of contact and performance lead.
· Owning client relationships and becoming a genuine partner to them
· Translating business goals into clear performance plans and KPIs
· Leading client comms, from weekly check-ins to quarterly reviews
· Working closely with channel specialists to makesure campaigns are delivering
· Keeping a close eye on performance, spotting trends and pushing for improvements
· Identifying growth opportunities across accounts
· Making sure everything is delivered on time, onbudget, and to a high standard
