Insight Account Director

Zealous Agency are looking for an Insight Account Director to join a growing Strategy & Planning team — someone commercially driven, strategic and excited by solving complex business problems. You'll need a strong background in qualitative and/or quantitative insight capability.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead strategic brand consultancy projects across a wide range of sectors, working directly with the client
You’ll help organisations define the role brand plays in driving differentiation, commercial growth, and long-term value creation.
What You’ll Do
You’ll help clients understand:
• Where to position their business
• What truly differentiates them
• What barriers they need to overcome
• Where future opportunity exists
• How brand supports commercial objectives and exit multiples
You’ll do this by:
• Defining and interrogating business problems
• Leading stakeholder engagement and workshops
• Developing insight-led strategic recommendations
• Inspiring and guiding creative development
• Planning marketing activity and activation
• Presenting strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence
• Supporting implementation and strategic alignment
About You
Relevant Backgrounds will be:
• Business consultancy or advisory
• Brand strategy and planning
• Research and insight
• Creative strategy
Experience Required
• 5+ years’ relevant experience
• Experience leading strategic consultancy projects or programmes
• Strong qualitative and/or quantitative insight capability
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience across both B2B and B2C environments
