Zealous agency are looking for a Web Development Account Manager to join an incredibly talented team within a Leeds based agency.
As the Web Development Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining relationships, understanding your clients' needs and objectives. You will help guide the creative and development process and ensure the successful delivery of digital website development projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all client needs are met.
Your project management and client service skills will be critical to your success in this role, as you will be the primary point of contact for your clients. You will need to be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business goals, and effectively communicate with them throughout the entire process.
Demonstrable strong knowledge of working with e-commerce and lead generation websites (preferable platforms are Magento, WordPress and/or Shopify) is essential, as well as experience using project management software tools such as Jira, Slack and/or others.
