I’m currently working with a growing digital agency that’s doing genuinely good work, the kind people actually enjoy delivering.They’re now looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to step in and take ownership of complex digital projects across Shopify, Strapi and wider web applications.
This is a proper senior delivery role, not just spinning plates, but shaping how projects are delivered, mentoring others, and acting as a trusted partner to clients.

The Role
You’ll own projects end to end, from early discovery and scoping, right through to launch and post launch optimisation. You’ll be the calm, experienced head that keeps delivery running smoothly, budgets in check, and teams aligned.
As a senior member of the delivery team, you’llalso play a big part in improving ways of working, supporting other projectmanagers, and helping the agency scale without losing quality.
What you’llbe doing:
· Owning the full delivery of complex digitalprojects and programmes
· Acting as the senior point of contact for clients,building trust, setting expectations and leading conversations
· Running discovery, scoping, estimates, timelinesand statements of work
· Managing detailed project plans, budgets,resourcing, risks and roadmaps
· Overseeing delivery across design, development,content, QA and third party partners
· Leading planning sessions, stand ups, milestonereviews and retrospectives using Jira
· Proactively managing risks, dependencies and scopechanges with a clear eye on commercial impact
· Ensuring strong QA and UAT processes are followedthrough to sign off
· Owning project financials, budgets, forecasting andmargin
· Supporting smooth handovers into retainers, supportor optimisation phases
· Mentoring mid weight and junior project managers
· Helping improve delivery processes, templates andstandards across the agency
Whatthey’re looking for:
· 5+ years’ experience in digital project management,agency side or similar
· Proven delivery of complex websites, ecommerce andweb applications
· Strong Shopify delivery experience andunderstanding of modern ecommerce builds
· Confident, advanced user of Jira
· Solid grounding in waterfall delivery, withpractical agile experience
· Excellent client facing skills, comfortable leadingsenior stakeholder conversations
· Strong commercial awareness and experience managingbudgets and profitability
· Good understanding of UX, UI, development workflowsand technical constraints
· Comfortable leading cross functional teams andexternal partners
