What you will be doing…
Lead the qual proposition across the business, steering a wide variety of strategic challenges
Elevate and support, setting the direction of projects, leading on the moderation and delivery
Actively assist in winning new business and developing long-lasting client relationships
Facilitate workshops, co-creation and debriefs
Create change and commercial impact for brands with your passion for finding fresh new insights and delivering inspiring outputs
Mentoring, training, and coaching, inspiring junior team members
Essentials…
Previous brand strategist experience or a qualitative market researcher consumer-led background
Previous insight/market research agency experience
Well versed in full-service complicated qual projects, IDIs, triads, focus groups and moderating
Hunger and drive to create change and commercial impact for brands
An inspiring leader and mentor
