As a Social Media Account Manager you’ll be working with some fantastic well-known consumer brands, being a key point of contact and making sure campaigns run smoothly and exceed client expectations!
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive looking for their next step, or an established Account Manager looking for something new.
A snapshot of the role:
• Owning relationships with exciting brands and becoming their go-to social expert
• Turning creative ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping social campaigns
• Managing content calendars
• Briefing the team on campaigns
• Keeping projects moving at pace while juggling multiple campaigns at once
• Spotting trends before everyone else and jumping on reactive opportunities
• Reviewing content, captions, edits, and making sure everything feels on-brand
• Tracking performance, engagement, and campaign success across social channels
• Presenting ideas, results, and recommendations directly to clients.
What you’ll bring to the table:
• Previous experience in an agency environment – this is essential!
• Previous experience of working with consumer brands
• The ability to manage multiple clients at a time with ease and positivity
• A genuine passion for the social media world and stay up to date with all the latest trends
• A creative and analytical approach to work.
