As the UX/UI Designer, you will participate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and ensure their digital products are user-friendly and engaging. Key responsibilities include conducting user research and usability testing, creating wireframes and mock-ups, collaborating with developers and other cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for websites.
- Develop and maintain design specifications and style guides.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Define key user interface behaviours using experience models.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Work with product managers and stakeholders to define user requirements and project goals.
- Audit existing web properties for quality assurance and compliance with best practices
You will need:
- Expert in UI/UX Designer, preferably in web design.
- Experienced in Sitecore would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with web development utilizing HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, accessibility standards/best practices and familiarity with responsive design with a mobile-first approach.
